Charming Victorian-style accommodation with delightful touches
The room in this Victorian-style building was tastefully decorated and had a comfortable bed with lovely amenities like local biscuits and marshmallows. the host, Andrea, provided excellent communication and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. the central location, close to the town's main street and amenities, made for a convenient and enjoyable experience. It would be beneficial to update the power shower for a better experience.

Exceptionally clean and cheap room with an iron and ironing board, coffee and tea making equipment, and television, greatly enjoyed it. The location offered was marvellous adjacent to pubs and the centre. Being minutes from Shanghai Express was nice, we had dinner there.

I did not want to leave there, so 100% recommend this hotel. The room was clean and fairly quiet. It had a convenient iron and ironing board, as well as coffee and tea making facilities. The television provided was useful. The setting was amazing, right by the beach, pubs, restaurants, and the town center.

had an amazing time at this centrally located b&b in newquay. the room was clean and well-presented with nice touches like personalized notes and good quality toiletries. the owners were friendly and helpful, even letting us in late at night when we had trouble with the key. highly recommend for a beach and shop-filled stay in newquay!
No tv in the rooms.
